Our Omakase menu is always a celebration of the traditional Japanese flavours of the season as well as the ingredients available locally. We aspire to harmoniously marry those two aspects of cuisine through the savoir-faire of our chefs.

We bring you the taste of summer with our impressive selection of seasonal ingredients like lobster, herring, sand eel, young sardines, Asari clams, cuttlefish, cod and mussels. They create a fantastic base to build complex flavours and provide you with an unforgettable culinary experience.
To accompany the boldness of those elements, we paired them with our favourite vegetables like asparagus, artichokes, eggplant, snow peas, fennel and bamboo shoots.
We also added some of the most iconic summer pieces bringing a dose of freshness from apricots, morels, rhubarb and strawberries. They brake the flavour, complete the dishes and bring another dimension to already complex creations making them even more sophisticated.

Omakase Menu | Dishes
One of the dishes we are the proudest of is Black Angus. Prepared on a Robata grill and served with spring garden Takikomi rice, Ohitashi spinach and broad beans, topped with a miso beurre blanc sauce and toasted hazelnuts.
Miso black cod served with yuzu kosho roasted capsicum, teriyaki okra and pickled daikon.
This delightful dessert is made of a homemade sake ice cream served with chilled red fruit mousse, strawberry mochi and kletskoppen.
